Big greasy steak. Another delicious treat from the good Dr Octavius
This recipe is great and includes sweet potatoes which is also great. First go to a good supermarket like dunnes stores or Superquinn. Pick up a large amount of juicy looking round steak or sirloin steak depending on the amount of people dining. After that go to the vegetable section and get a load of sweet potatoes. When you get home heat a pan with oil and slap the steak in the pan with onions for taste. Fry it all up until the steak is browned and shove in the sweet potatoes which you have already peeled in a pot of boiling water and cook them til they are soft but still firm. Do this while the steak is still cooking and when they're finished mash all the potatoes up with a load of butter and milk or not if you're allergic. Splurge them all together on a big plate and relish like a barbarian!!
