Ingredients:
  1. 2 cups chopped dates
  2. 2 cups water
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 6 tbs cocoa powder
  5. 1 cup peanut butter
  6. 1 cup soy flour
  7. 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
  8. ½ cup coconut
  9. 2 handfuls oats (approx)
Method:
  1. Cook the dates in the water until soft.
  2. Add the sugar, cocoa, peanut butter, and soy flour. Mix well, and cook while stirring until it boils.
  3. Take off the heat, and add the rapeseed oil.
  4. Add the coconut, then mix in oats until it is quite thick.
  5. Scrape into glass tray, and leave to cool.
Note: I don't think this is much like bought fudge, but it's nice anyway!
