Ingredients:

12 oz icing sugar ( and lots more)
Pink food colouring
1 egg white
Peppermint essence

Method:

Whisk egg white until it looks frothy. Sift in icing sugar and knead in a few drops of colouring and essence. Shape into mice shapes and add sweets.

Cherry nose
Raisin eyes
Peanut ears
Licorice tail
