odd or bizarre don't mean 'without method' they mean 'strange'. random means without method.

Yes, but we're talking about "random" in the colloquial sense, which is more of a synonym for "of a distinctly non-sequitir-like nature" or "bloody weird". The non-sequitir one would make a little bit more sense, though.

Heh, excuse my overly-complicated wording back there. Basically, I mean to say that using ther word "random" to describe perfectly explicable oddness makes little sense to me, heh.
